Since I know Clifton will never brag about himself, let me do it! He ran in the Bolder Boulder yesterday. With almost no training (he mostly bikes these days, doesn't do as much running) he finished the 10K in 38:33, which averages 6:12 minute miles (about twice as fast as I could run a single mile). Of 35 year old men, he was 5th of 417! Here he is finishing the race. It's a bit blurry, but he's in orange. Somehow I also managed to catch the moment after the collapse of an older guy right in front of us. It was pretty scary (watching him fall face first) but I think he was okay.
