Oh boy, I think May is actually three blogs. The end of senior year is no joke.
The high school seniors do a walk through of their elementary schools at the end of senior year.
It's a giant reunion of friends from all the different high schools
Mac has been a friend since day one of kindergarten -- they went to different middle and high schools, but this friendship has been a constant in her life.
The kids make signs for the seniors as they walk the hallways. This little guy is someone Naomi babysat for a few summers.

With her coach Nicki who just pours herself into these runners.
End of school field trip to the lake for Sarah!
Academic Awards night -- you can find Annika in the orchestra.
Naomi and Luna earned a special award for being top 10 in their class.
Girls' soccer finally got to put a title on their previously empty banner in the gym!
Varsity soccer banquet
And now Naomi's grad ceremony in way too many photos:
Naomi's cap had Noah Kahan lyrics, "If you wanna go far, then you gotta go far"
Back home again, our graduates together!
A toast to the mamas, feeling all the emotions!
And then the grad parties!
We ran into one of Naomi's elementary teachers at a friend's party!
The mamas and their girls -- lots of fun memories with these friends!
Naomi had a grad party with three of her high school besties down by the lake
Posing with their senior athletic banners
The weather was perfect except when it wasn't and a storm created some very gusty winds.
But mostly it was perfect.
We all just felt so loved this day by so many people -- some of whom drove many hours to come, some of whom brought chairs and tables and tents to share, some of whom helped set up and keep the food going, some of whom jumped up to hold down tents threatening to blow away, some of whom got that park packed up in record time when the weather was turning, some of whom are the moms who have sat next to me on soccer sidelines and ballet performances and rooted for my kids as if they were their own, some of whom have loved on and prayed for our children since the day they were born... It takes a village to raise these kids. Grateful for our village.
Naomi's summer bucket list included running the Bolder Boulder 10K on Memorial Day
So we put together a crew.
We brought up the rear :)
Finishing with your bestie from day 1.
We stayed for the Memorial Day tribute this year.
Summer has officially started!
Annika and Sarah spent months putting together this scrapbook filled with photos and memories and quotes that are special to them and gifted it to Naomi.
After the fact grad pics:
